Our Salt Room

Your relaxation destination

Dry Salt Therapy

Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is a holistic, drug free, natural therapy using micro particles of salt to promote better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, better mood and overall wellness. Dry salt therapy also helps to alleviate symptoms of many respiratory and skin conditions.

Negative ions counterbalance the many positive ions we pick up from electronic devices like cell phones, tablets, etc. Neutralizing the atmosphere in this way stabilizes mood, decreases stress and prepares the body for ultimate healing.

During your 40 minute session you will relax on zero-gravity chairs or a yoga mat (your choice). The Salt Room can accommodate up to 6 people at one time. Book the entire room and spend some relaxing time with your friends.

Please do not bring your cell phones or electronic devices (IPAD, Kindle, Tablet) into the salt room. Salt is corrosive and it can ruin your device. We suggest leaving it in your vehicle. If you choose to bring your device in to the room it must be TURNED OFF the entire time you are in the room. You can store your device in the storage cubby that is located in the salt room. We are not responsible for damage to your device or if your device gets lost or stolen.

You must stay in the salt room for the entire session. You may leave the salt room in case of emergencies but you will not be permitted back into the room once you leave. Please use the restroom before you start the session.

You must remain quiet during the session. The salt room is a place to meditate and relax. You may bring a book or a magazine to look at but we highly suggest you relax and just “be”.

Please wear comfortable clothing. You will remain in your street clothes during the session. You can bring a sweater as the room can be chilly. There is a pillow on the chair but you are welcome to bring your own pillow. Blankets and yoga mats are provided in the room for your comfort.

Strong perfumes, lotions and clothes/people that smell like smoke are not permitted. These odors can trigger people with allergies. If you smoke you can attend a session as long as you have not had your first cigarette of the day or you can choose to book the room for a private session.

You may bring water, coffee or tea to your session. All beverage containers must have a lid. Please refrain from “crunching” your disposable water bottle. No food please.
